My Approach

Treatment

Dance/ Movement psychotherapy can facilitate the curiosity and exploration of self to navigate stress and trauma. Listening to the body and noting the sensations that you experience, we co-create a space that feels supportive for you. With trauma informed and evidence based care, I will provide a held space for each individual to pause and navigate the life experiences that feel important and come up during sessions.
